the last 13 years teaching my clients how to interpret and

What Doctors and Physical Therapists Don’t Tell You…

We live in a quick-fix world and the initial thought is too often,
"Give me pill. Make it go away!" But medication only addresses
your symptoms, short-term, and most physical therapists aren’t
trained to see the whole picture: nutritional, mental, and
environmental factors. They do not address the cause of our

1. Muscle Imbalances –
Have you ever heard the saying,
“You are only as strong as your weakest link”?
Well, that’s a good point to remember when identifying the cause
of our pain. Although pain may be felt in one specific area --
our lower back for example -- the actual cause of the problem is
seldom in the lower back alone. To maximize our ability to
perform and recover, we must first identify the true root of our
physical imbalance and then work toward total body alignment and
symmetry.

I have trained literally hundreds of athletes and pain sufferers
and most of them, along with physical misalignment, are eating
their way into their injuries. If our body chemistry if
out of balance so is our ability to recover. Many foods
or more specifically food additives (dyes and harmful
pesticides) get in the way of our body’s amazing healing
abilities. For example, did you know that elevated levels of
Omega-6 fatty acids relative to your Omega-3 levels can lead to
chronic inflammation? Most people don’t. That’s why it is
imperative to invest in the help and guidance of a qualified
